Probabilmente non hai dato i permessi di esecuzione al file. Prima di iniziare la procedura prova a dare
chmod +x ati-driver-installer-7-11-x86.x86_64.run
Comunque i driver ATI si trovano gia' pacchettizzati sui repositories PLF, dai un'occhiata anche alla sezione guide di www.mandrakeitalia.com
