Io sto riscontrando gli stessi problemi utilizzando µTorrent.
Anche io ho Tiscali.
Attivando l'offuscamento dati la situazione era sembrata migliorare: invece di 25-30 kappa di download (sto scaricando 4 torrent abbastanza ben seedati) era passata a 65-70.
Adesso ho impostato l'offuscamento FORZATO invece che ATTIVATO ed è sceso a 45 circa.
Qualcuno ha ulteriori notizie circa Tiscali ed il P2P?
