With regards to your query, I would like to mention not to worry about the result you got in SeaTools diagnostic tool. 42C is normal temperature, in the past the drive has cross the maximum temperature, so the message is of the past temperature attended.
I am sorry to say canceling the past maximum temp attained is not possible and I would like to mention not to worry about this issue.
