For our international ADOBE technical support team we are looking for specialists who are able to guide and support end-users to get the best out of Adobe Products.

Technical Support Specialist Adobe

Technical Support Specialists are part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between Stream and our customers. Working on behalf of our clients the Technical Support Specialist will provide responsive and competent technical support to customers who require help with customer service, product information, or assistance with installation and usage of hardware or software application as required by the needs of each specific product line. This support is normally provided by telephone although it is increasingly being provided through electronic means, like Internet, Email.

Requirements:

* Native speaker in Italian;
* Good working knowledge and understanding of English;
* Bachelor degree in IT or similar;
* Excellent writing skills, due the level of e-mail correspondence;
* Strong team-oriented focus;
* Ability to impart knowledge at various levels;
* Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics;
* Self starting, self motivating, self learning work approach;
* Ability to coordinate multiple, dissimilar activities simultaneously;




Preferences (not required but would be a benefit):

* Working knowledge of Adobe product(s) and/or industry experience in desktop publishing, digital imaging, multimedia or web design;
* Expertise with all relevant operating systems, including Windows and Macintosh;
* Previous call centre experience (inbound)
* Stress resistance;
* Experience in giving customer support;
* Experience in giving users support.
