Mi sono registrato al sito di supporto per richiedere ufficialmente il firmware ma da alcuni giorni ho questa scritta:

As part of 3Com data privacy controls, your request to be added to an Account was forwarded to the Delegated Account Administrator (DAA) for the Account. The DAA is usually a person at your company or someone from the reseller who supports your 3Com products. The DAA controls who has permission to use the Account. You were sent an e-mail copy of the request to be linked. Please contact the DAA for a status on your account access privileges.
Avete idea di quanto tempo ci mettono per "sbloccare" l'account?
