First, the following comes from someone who has never crunched for Predictor, hence was not directly affected by all this.

In my humble opinion, I feel you're focusing too much on the credits. You should 'attack' and make your point in all that DLB has done and not just on the deletion of your accounts, even if that is the most outrageous thing he has done so far. If I was DLB's boss and I was receiving this e-mail, I wouldn't go and click on the links to read the HUGE threads about the subject; I would call DLB to my office and listen to what he has to say - and the most obvious thing to happen is I would get HIS side of the story (perhaps even illustrated by DLB's pictures next to Hitler and Stalin some people made... gross mistake that was) and the alleged attack on P@H servers. By the end of the day, whoever sends the e-mail will be the one to look bad and not DLB.

It would be better if you could accumulate as much evidence as possible, append it to the e-mail (posting links to huge threads is the first step to no one reading them). Build a good case about the all process and not focus too much on this or that act. It's all that DLB has done that should be attacked and not just this or that thing. Acknowledging that some crunchers made mistakes in all this process wouldn't look bad either - it is better if it comes from your mouth than from DLB himself - that way you anticipate his next move. (And here I'm referring to abuses of DLB's image by putting him next to other dictators and the alleged attack on P@H servers - assuming it really took place).

And the English could use some spit and polish as well.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending DLB. I don't like neither the guy nor the way he handled the case; but some mistakes were also made from this side of the barricade which really don't look good next to whoever you send this e-mail. I'm just saying there is margin to improve how you are presenting the case and how you can corner DLB.
