[i]ATI 65 nanometre RV630 is not ready yet

First INQpression Card works, but drivers give hard time

The RV630XT Board - GDDR-4 monster
Board itself is fairly light, but it is surprisingly long

Backside of the board shows that there is room for yet another 256MB of GDDR-4 memory

Compared to GeForce 8600GTS, you can see "dwarf-effect" on the 8600GTS board. But the smaller one wants more juice to keep it running.

Coolers also show the difference between two cards. 8600GTS looks very inadequate when compared to the RV630XT.

Anche guardando le foto, ho sempre meno dubbi che la 2600xt sia decisamente meglio delle 8600gts, però se veramente i driver non sono ancora pronti, la recensione di lunedì sarà completamente inutile... già sarà incentrata, per forza di cose, molto più sulla 2900xt che sulle altre, ma se i driver danno problemi con le 2600xt, vedremo si e no tre righe, e test da prendere ancora "con le molle", quindi saremo ancora al punto di prima: nulla di certo
