mi servirebbe una mano: il 22 ordinai Stalker da blah (la radiant a 26€), č rimasto in attesa "To ship" fino ad oggi. Oggi per l'appunto controllo e lo trovo "cancelled"
con questa mail al mio indirizzo: "We regret to inform you that we have just received the item shipped to you, back
through the mail system marked as ‘damaged’.
The note attached to the item stated that it had been damaged during the loading
process at despatch and therefore was returned to us to deal with.
Regrettably we do not have a replacement available to us at the moment in order
to re send therefore we have cancelled the item and refunded the credit / debit
card used for this purchase.
We apologise for any problems this may have caused and assure you we do try to
avoid such situations arising however once the item is shipped it is out of our
control.
