Andate in start, digitate regedit.exe dall'apposito box, entrate nel registro dal risultato della ricerca, appena entrati nel registro seguite il percorso HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM, entrati nella cartella DWM dovresti trovare 2 chiavi di registro chiamate Composition e Composition Policy, entrambi dovrebbero essere settate a 0, cliccate col destro su Composition e scegliete modifica, settate il suo valore a 1, fate lo stesso con Composition Policy, ma questo dovete settarlo a 2, appena fatto questo entrate nel prompt dei comandi in modalità amministratore (click col destro ed esegui come amministratore) e digitate i seguienti comandi:

net stop uxsms

e

net start uxsms

Ora riavviate il sistema e avrete Aero attivato.
