Visto che vuoi raggiungere i 3.0ghz e che hai un 6300 deduco che tu voglia andare in sincrono con la CPU e quindi a 429mhz di FSB.
Per questa freq. bastano delle PC6400 800mhz anche Value... 60mhz (30 in DDR) te le reggono tutte a Vdimm def...se proprio fanno c@g@re come RAM al massimo rilasserai i Timings es: se a 5-5-5-15 2.1v 429mhz non te li regge prova 5-6-5-18...
