Nei repository debian il pacchetto in questione è tcltls - The TLS OpenSSL extension to Tcl
In ogni caso se scarichi il file .tar per debian amd64 che trovi nel mio post precedente all'interno trovi questo pacchetto equivalente:
tls1.5.1a - tls1.5.1a cvs 07-03-05
Fa la stessa cosa di quello presente nei repository debian (tcltls) ma è più aggiornato e in alcuni casi viene visto da amsn quanto invece tcltls da problemi.
