Salve,
probabilmente il problema da parte di molti utenti č quello di installare Vista versione Upgrade partendo dall' HD formattato e quindi una installazione "pulita" senza dover prima installare Windows XP oppure Windows Vista e poi reinstallarlo nuovamente... uno spreco di tempo assolutamente inutile, non trovate?
Forse questa soluzione č giā stata descritta da altri, ma ho fatto una piccola ricerca e non ho trovato nulla, se non il precedente metodo di installare Vista Retail e poi dal desktop di Vista reinstallarlo da capo... 2 installazioni e tanto tempo perso...
Preciso che la presente soluzione non l'ho testata ( quindi non mi assumo nessuna responsabilita... ).
Questa una soluzione proposta da un noto sito:
Steps to install upgrade copy of Windows Vista in one installation, works even without any existing license of Windows XP or Windows 2K
1. Purchase the Microsoft Windows Vista UPGRADE [DVD].
2. Install Windows Vista edition that corresponds with the license product key you purchased. If you purchase upgrade version of Windows Vista Ultimate, then install Vista U, else if you purchase Vista Home Premium, then install Vista HP.
3. Do not enter any product key during installation. You will get 30-days evaluation copy of Windows Vista after installing.
4. After Windows Vista setup completed, boot up into Windows Vista, and turn off UAC.
5. Press Win+R keyboard shortcut to open command prompt.
6. Issue the following command in command prompt to change the product key:cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs -ipk <upgrade product key>
7. Enter the following command to activate Windows Vista online:cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs -ato
8. Type the following command in command prompt to check and verify the activation result:cscript c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs -dlv
You should see that your Windows Vista has been activated.
