Dunque il tuo disco fisso da 250GB è pari a 250.000.000.000 bytes e facendo le dovute divisioni si ottiene:
250000000000 / 1024 = 244140625 KB
244140625 / 1024 = 238418 MB
238418 / 1024 = 232,83 GB
