Mobmeter che ti suggerisce Neon è ottimo

e non si inventa stime delle temperature spesso falsate, ma legge solo temperature reali dai sensori, che però devono esserci, se il tuo notebook non ha un sensore sulla gpu non potrai sapere quanto scalda.
