I was calling to tech. support - they told me to put in Remote Telnet Management the exact IP address which I am using to telneting from. I other words that mean - if you are using for example 7.7.7.7 and netmask 0.0.0.0 (which supposed to work with any address) it won't work!.
I have not test this method yet, I will try today.

You can try telnet to my router by yourself - ordalicium.no-ip.info
