Have set up the 2.9v (this is very important above 260mhz) in your TCCD modules?
With 275mhz of cpu frequency, have you tried to let the cpu about its standard frequency (through the reduction of the cpu multiplier)?
In your timing values you try to set up:
- TRFC 19
- TRAS 8
- TRP 4
- TREF 3.8 us
- Read preambe 5ns
- Async Latency 8ns
and, after, try also:
- First channel: Delay 150ps;
- Second channel: Advance 300ps.
