Per fare ciò che desideri, occorrerebbe (lato client) un access point configurato appunto come wireless client. Il tuo router Linksys modificato lo permette?)
Oppure:
nei menu dei router, è prevista la funzione "bridge"? In quest'ultimo caso, la modalità bridge andrebbe attivata su entrambi gli apparecchi.

Il linksys è FON!! Quindi monta un firmware Linux, quindi penso ke si possa fare!!!

queste sono le opzioni ke mi da iwconfig c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta
