About you question:

1. The dram voltage options, please understand that we don’t have a bios that with more options than users’.

2. As to the CPU voltage, because of AMD’s limitation, the voltage option in it is for user to decrease it. (not to increase) So the BIOS will detect the max voltage of CPU (which different by CPUs.) and can’t not be increase over that.
