secondo me la cpu @ 1.6v avra' vita corta oltre se sei sotto peltier/phase... cmq.. se vuoi sapere come essere sicuro in rock solid con le ram.. fagli fare un cyclo continuo di 6h sul test "memory" di s&m se non ti da' errori.. sei rock  ciao!
