640flat_voce means that you are covered by wholesale telecom adsl, so it isn't a good line (absolutely no fastpath).
Never heard nothing about freefast.it, but i think they don't sell adsl lines.
About a business line with 191. I f you're a private user you can't do a business line, it is not possible. You must have a business phone number.
If you aren't covered by fastweb (
www.fastweb.it) you can do NGI that is an adsl in wholesale telecom, but it is very well.
