Ho risolto. In pratica: dopo aver impostato come valore 1 minuto e fatto l'update, ho provato a fare "run always", e scaccolava tranquillamente. Dopo di che ho rimesso "run based on preferences" e tutto sembra essere tornato come prima (ora la wu è al 7,15%), con una unica differenza, che i messaggi non sembrano per niente rassicuranti:
