Scusa se ti dico un'ovvietà, ma penso che, oltre che semplicemente "aprirla", tu debba fare un port forwarding sul PC su cui gira BitTorrent.
Non conosco affatto il tuo, ma ho notato che alcuni firewall dei router separano nettamente le due funzioni.
