Presumo sia su cd.. hai provato a copiare il contenuto del cd in una cartella temporanea dell'hd e poi ad eseguire il setup da lì?
Oppure:
This error is caused when Windows does not permit a file being installed
to overwrite a similarly named file already on the PC.
The solution for this is to reboot the PC and retry the install before opening
any other programs.
