Sono dei timings molto relax, a me non piacciono molto anche perche neanche con questi sono stabile a 300mhz in Win.

Il voltaggio delle ram io comunque ti consiglio di tenerlo sui 2.84v, e miraccomando tieni il moltiplicatore della cpu basso (7x o 6x) almeno siamo sicuri di testare solo le ram.
