il tuo HD è in un Box USB 2.0 o USB 1.1 ! Se è 1.1 il problema potrebbe essere quello !
Anche se il Box è USB 2.0 ma le porte della tua Mobo sono 1.1 !
Oppure è proprio l'HD il collo di bottiglia !
Quindi potresti migliorare cambiando HD mettendo un 5400 !
