così di acchito sembrerebbero legittimi, appartengono al tuo ISP, Libero Infostrada

se quello che hai riportato pè un log di hijackthis,fatto analizzare dal sito proprietario,non ti preoccupare...piuttosto vai su google e ricercando quel numero di IP vedi che risultati ottieni;)
o ancora se hai sygate installato e hai abilitato i log del traffico entrata/uscita richiama quel numero di IP e verificane la provenienza con la funzione "whois"
