vorrei chiedervi se questo notebook ha una tecnologia a 64 bits, infatti non capisco cosa significhi powernow and hyper transport )

No, il Sempron non è a 64bit.
A 64bit sono in casa AMD solo Turion e Athlon.

Powernow indica la possibilità di controllare e ridurre i consumi del portatile andando ad agire sulla velocità e sulla tensione del processore, mentre HyperTransport indica invece il particolare tipo di bus ad alta velocità degli AMD.

Nessuno, a parte qualche Pentium 4 recente, anche se non so se sui portatili sono già montati.

Molto probabile. Se non erro sui Desktop la serie 6xx dei Pentium 4 è a 64bit.
