Help - Quale Chipset A-Data Vitesta?

ragazzi qlk di voi mi sa dire quale chipset montano queste A-Data Vitesta... il modello preciso è:

DDR500 PC4000
MDOSSBF3H4740B1G0Z
S/N: 504XR (SCBJC1916) SALTEK

su google da solo un link...ma nn si capisce molto bene,
in genere queste ram montano chipset Hynix, ma x quel poco che ho visto nel link di riferimento di google, mi sembrano invece dei Samsung TCCD..le diciture sono identiche meno che x il serial num.: che è 503XR mentre il mio è 504XR..
..se qlk ha delle info a riguardo, mi farebbe piacere :p

PS: vorrei evitare di smontare i dissipatori passivi

In germany there have been spotted new A-DATA DDR-500 with 449 TCCD ic's !!!

one of them has:

DDR500(3) 512MX16
S/N:503XR (SCBJC1916) ----> mentre da me è S/N: 504XR

the A-Datas which carry a SC/SS in the Part number (in the brackets behind the serial number) do have Samsung TCCDs. the ones which have HY in that code have HYNIX memory ICs.
