con l'ADSL non si aggoirna + l'antivirus!!!!!

ciao a tutti.... volevo chiedervi come sia possibile che passando a libero adsl flat l'antivirus non si aggoirni +...... ho l'ultimo kaspersky e da test risulta uno dei migliori antivirus, prima con la 56k si aggiornava continuamente ora con l'adsl mi esce questa schermata:
"the updater failed to connect with the update servers.
check your internet settings and try again."

Se usi un router x connetterti prob devi impostare le regole x il port forwarding
