Ci potresti cortesemente riportare ove ciò è scritto sul sito UFFICIALE?

Nelle Rules of Conduct si legge:
9 - You may not modify any part of the Lineage II Client, Server, or any part of the official Lineage II website.
19 - You will not attempt to play Lineage II on any server that is not controlled or authorized by NCInteractive or its designees.
20 - You will not create, use, or provide any server emulator or other site where Lineage II may be played, and you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to Lineage II without the express written permission of NCInteractive.
Poi, su un fan site italiano riconosciuto dalla NC Soft, MMORPG Italia, nel forum si riporta, evidenziato, questo:
"E' vietato parlare di servers non ufficiali, chiunque posterà links a codesti servers sarà warnato."

Poi francamente ti sembra logico che sui siti di questi server ci sia sempre un disclaimer che dice in pratica "se siete legati in qualche modo alla NC Soft o ad altre istituzioni anti pirateria non vi è concesso l'accesso..." ? A che serve mettere le mani avanti se non si è in torto?
E vorrei sottolineare che come dice la NC Soft, emulatori o altri sotterfugi non sono permessi. Inutile aggrapparsi al fatto che magari l'emulatore è open source, non è legale comunque... è cose se con Linux facessi girare XP e dicessi "beh, la licenza non serve, tanto è su un s.o. libero"!
Quindi, se permetti, se ciò che dici non è riportato sul sito ufficiale non ha validità alcuna, è solo quella la fonte da considerare. Se invece io sono in errore mi scuserò di questo senza problemi. :)
direi quindi che possiamo chiudere qui con questa storia: fino a quando non si vedrà un comunicato/annuncio/appunto UFFICIALE che definisce legali questi server, in questo forum (così come in parecchi altri) i server non ufficiali di L2 sono e restano illegali, così come scritto sul sito ufficiale
