Errore in Explorer.exe e schermata blu

Salve a tutti,

Dopo aver scansionato con ad-aware e spybot e cancellato alcune segnalazioni, al riavvio il pc mi ha chiesto il codice di registrazione di windows 98SE che ho dato, dopo di che segnalazione di errore in explorer.exe e schermata blu.
Ho provato anche ad entrare in modalità porvvisoria, stessa cosa.
Col disco di ripirstino per fortuna le cartelle e i dati esistono ancora sotto dos.
C'e' modo di risolvere senza formattare e reinstallare Win98SE con conseguente perdita di dati?

quindi in poche parole non ti fà entrare a windows e si blocca prima dando questa schermata?

con il disco di ripristino nn riesci fare nulla per evitare questo problema...

sicuramente hai cancellato qualche file del sistema di windows:muro: ed è per questo ti dà l'errore

In pratica entro, mi segnala errore nel modulo explorer.exe e mi fa vedere lo sfondo senza incone, e senza menu start, quindi solo spegnimenti forzati.
Col disco di ripristino riesco a vedere il contenuto del disco, quindi le directories e i files ci sono ancora, ma ci faccio poco sotto DOS.

1. Restart the computer by using a Windows 98 startup disk.

2. In the Microsoft Windows 98 startup dialog box, type 1, and then press ENTER.

3. Record the drive letter assigned to your computer's CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.

4. Type Ext, and then press ENTER.
The Microsoft Extract Command Line Helper starts.

5. At the Please enter the path to the Windows CAB files (a:): message, type drive:\win98 (where drive is the drive letter that you recorded in step 3), and then press ENTER. For example, type E:\win98, and then press ENTER.
NOTE: If you have an OEM installation of Windows, the CAB files may also be stored in the following location:
C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS

6. At the Please enter the name(s) of the file(s) you want to extract: message, type Explorer.exe, and then press ENTER.

7. At the Please enter the path to extract to ('Enter' for current directory): message, type C:\Windows, and then press ENTER.

8. At the Is this okay? (y/n) message, type y, and then press ENTER.
The file is extracted to the specified directory.

9. Remove the Windows 98 startup disk, and then restart the computer.

Lo start up disk è il disco di ripristino o il CD di installazione di Windows?

Sapere dove si trova explorer.exe?

C'e' il rischio che perda il resto dei dati contenuti nelle altre cartelle dopo l'operazione e l'avvio?

La procedura che segue serve a sovrascrivere il file explorer.exe (danneggiato) presente nel tuo hard-disk con quello presente nel cd di installazione di win98

1. Riavvia il computer usando il disco di ripristino
2. Secondo la microsoft dovrebbe apparirti una finestra d'avvio... digita 2
3. Digita Ext
4. A questo punto dovrebbe chiederti: Please enter the path to the Windows CAB files (a: ): ...digita drive:\win9x (dove drive è la lettera del tuo lettore cd in cui hai inserito il disco di installazione di win)
5. Ora ti chiede: Please enter the name(s) of the file(s) you want to extract: ...digita: Explorer.exe
6. Please enter the path to extract to ('Enter' for current directory): ...digita: C:\Windows
7. Is this okay? (y/n) ...digita: y

dovresti aver risolto il problema, togli il disco di ripristino e riavvia

La procedura è corretta ha sostituito il file explorer.exe ma non ha sortito alcun effetto, l'errore lo fa lo stesso e lo sfondo fa bella mostra di se, senza icone!!!
