a me sembrano corrette, solo che "I did" è + inglese UK, e "I have done" è + inglese US

Nella prima ipotesi io direi "How long have you been doing this job?" ma visto che bisogna scegliere tra quelle due...

Sulla seconda ipotesi, la seconda è giusta ma in realtà non sono cosi' sicura che sia del tutto incorretta anche la prima.
