ciao a tutti
magari potete aiutarmi: ho una pc vecchiotto con celeron 433 su scheda madre brilliantx 1s/2000.
ora ho trovato un processore pentium III 866 con 256/133 Mhz del bus.
voglio provare a montarlo solo che il libretto della scheda madre mi dici che vanno bene i processori pentium III a fino a 100 Mhz per il bus e fino a 733 per il processore.
che psso fare?
avete delle soluzioni?
se aggiorno il bios?

vedi che chipset ha la scheda madre così ti rendi innanzitutto conto se supporta il bus a 133...poi a livello di socket la cpu "nuova" è compatibile?

cioè? cosa devo vedere? sul libro della scheda madre c'è scritto che legge fino a 100 di bus.
se aggiorno il bios no va?
altre soluzi?io di queste cose so ben poco anzi... nulla

scusate c'è qualcuno che puo aiutarmi?
vorrei metter sto processore (PIII 866 133/256) un po' vecchio su sta MoBo (brillianx 1s/2000) anch'essa vecchia. e non ho compatibilità del bus...
che fare?
