First, is your ISP (Internet Service Provider) offering this service?
If yes, ask them if you need any software from them.

What Operating System?
If Windows XP, this OP has the IrCOMM modem driver for the IrD Communication port. When you place the cell phone close to the IrD port, it will be enumerated and the driver will be installed.

Then you can use the cell phone as if it was a regular modem to create a Network connection.

For information on the IrCOMM and IrDA, consult the Windows XP online HELP.

I do not have any information about your particular cell phone.
