Se poi tieni conto che l'Amd in considerazione ha all'incirca lo stesso prezzo ed è upgradabile, bè sicuramente Amd64.

In più il socket Amd ha ancora potenziale sviluppo in termini di nuove cpu, invece se ti prendi un Pentium mi sembra che sia già alla frutta...

Forse bisognerebbe leggere tutto se guardiamo il consumo

We measured the power consumption of our entire test systems, except for the monitor, at the wall outlet using a Watts Up PRO watt meter. The test rigs were all equipped with OCZ PowerStream 470W power supply units. The idle results were measured at the Windows desktop, and we used Cinebench's rendering test to load up the CPUs. For P4s, we used the multithreaded version of the test to take advantage of Hyper-Threading.


Noi abbiamo misurato il consumo dell'intero sistema fatta eccezione del monitor.

QUindi non solo la CPU ma anche scheda video, scheda madre ecc ecc

Che non è che il PIV 3,8 consuma in idle 130 watt e in full loads 245watt ma bensi tutto il sistema tranne il monitor..

QUESTO PERCHé GI° QUALCUNO sul forum sta andando a dire che in idle il PIV consuma 130 watt e 245watt in full loads...
