Devo scrivere ad un negozio americano presso cui ho fatto un ordine (il 3 agosto) e da cui ancora non ho ricevuto nulla.
Gli ho scritto qualche mail, ma le ha sempre ignorate. Intanto il bastardone però si è già preso i soldi...

Ecco cosa ho intenzione di scrivegli, mi dite se va bene per favore?

I made an order on August 3rd (order number 4479).
Two months are passed and I never received any news from you. I sent you several mails but I never got an answer.
I see you took my money on August 12th, but I still haven't received nothing.
Have you already shipped my order? Where is my tracking number?

I give you 48 hours time to tell me at least my tracking number.
If you didn't shipped my order, or you don't answer to this mail, I will contact Visa to get back my money, and I will tell about your awful service in every amp-builder forum of the web.

Anyway, let me say I won't buy anything from you in the future. It's unacceptable waiting over two months for a package. It's unacceptable send mails and never get an answer. An internet-based business should be fast and trasparent.

I'm not joking, try not to answer to this mail and next time you'll hear my name it will be from Visa or from a lawyer.

I placed an order on August 3rd (order number 4479) about TWO months ago and I never received anythings from you.

I sent you several mails without any reply from you.
I saw that you charged my credit card on August 12th, but I still haven't received anything.

Did you you ship my order? Where is my tracking number?

I will wait for only 48 hours to receive my tracking number and if
you will not ship my order, or you will not reply to this mail, I will contact Visa for the chargeback, and I will write about your awful service in every amp-builder forum on internet.
