WIN XP e schermata blu

Salve ragazzi. Da qualche tempo il mio PC, su cui è installato WIN XP, in maniera apparentemente randomica si blocca visualizzando l'odiosa schermata blu tipica dei precedenti SO. In tale schermata appare, in alto a sinistra, la seguente descrizione dell'errore che ha causato il riavvio del PC: "PNT_LIST_CORRUPT". Qualcuno sa dirmi cosa vuol dire e, soprattutto, se tale messaggio è riconducibile a un problema hardware?

Scusate, i messaggio corretto visualizzato nella schermata blu è PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. Aiuto!!!

Si verificano dopo che hai installato qualcosa?
Se hai qualche overclock prova ad eliminarlo.

The stop message PFN_LIST_CORRUPT is a general message and the problem can be a very complex one to resolve.


In what module the error is generated?

What is the Error Code?



Most likely could be a bad RAM module or a conflicting driver.


The best way to find the cause would be to:

1. Run Windows XP in Safe Mode and see if you get the BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death).

2. Run Event Viewer and look at the Application Log, System Log, etc., and see when and where the sotp messasge is originated.
