Salve,

ho un problema con la mia "nuova" ADSL.

E' una 1.2mbit aziendale. Scaricando dalla rete, navigando fra le varie pagine sempre che si comporti bene, con dap non scarico oltre i 130k ma, quando scarico da irc, da qualsiasi server, da qualsiasi utente la velocità va a yòyò.. parte alta 130 - 140 poi scende sempre di più sino ad arrivare sui 3k poi risale, questo per tutto il tempo del download... la cosa mi infastidisce abbastanza, ho provato per test a fare da shell dei ping a qualche sito pubblico e con tutti (ne google e libero fra i tanti) si comporta così:

Ora non capisco se:

1) le 2 cose sono collegate o è un caso
2) è "colpa" del provider
3) è "colpa" della Telecom che ha messo la linea (solo dati perchè non ho il telefono)
4) è colpa del router (Zyxel ADSL Prestige 650r)
5) è colpa del s.o. (Windows XP Professional eng)

in realtà credo che questa cosa la faccia con tutto, guardate il grafico di un upload (l'altra persona aveva la banda libera) ... può dipendere del router? ..... :cry:
