View Full Version : Scheda Kingston nuova con strano file all'interno?
no funziona tutto correttamente.
La SD che ho comprato e' nuova di pacca e quel file c'era gia'. boh
hm ho trovato questo:
I've been playing with the iPAQ 3870 for a couple of days now, and discovering some quirks along the way. Here is one that is really strange. This afternoon I bought a 64 MB Secure Digital card, and I've copied some themes to it. To do that I created a My Documents folder for the themes, but when I kept switching to Today to select the theme, they never appeared. Apparently, what is happening is that the Storage Card folder is being treated as the My Documents folder. Any files, and subfolders, stored in the "root" of the storage card folder as part of My Documents. I don't know if this is because I installed Service Pack 1, or something strange about the iPAQ.
Update: I found out the cause of my problem. (I understand this problem has been already discussed in microsoft.public.pocketpc.) In the root Storage Card folder was a zero byte hidden file named ignore_my_docs. If certain Pocket PC applications like Pocket Word and Pocket Excel find that file in the Storage Card folder, it will not look for a My Documents folder, and will automatically merge all files and folders into My Documents in the file list view. I am told that these applications will create that file if when the program starts it finds that application type file in that folder. So, if you save a Pocket Word file in the \Storage Card folder, Pocket Word will create the file.
E anche questo:
With the help of fellow MVP Ed Hansberry, I have figured out how to get rid of the "ignore_my_docs" file in the iPAQ File Store, which I wrote about last week. The problem was that I could not delete the file no matter what I did. Since the file was there, all the files and subfolders in the iPAQ File Store appear along with all My Documents files and folders in the file list views of Pocket Word and Excel. To delete the file from the iPAQ File Store I had to create a My Documents folder.
So here is what appears to be happening. When you save a Pocket Word or Excel file to a storage card and do not put it in a My Documents folder, these programs write a hidden, zero byte file in the Storage Card folder named ignore_my_docs. That file acts as a flag to these applications, causing them to treat the Storage Card folder as a My Documents folder. I'll probably write all this up into a How To.
per creare la cartella My documents leggi come fare qui:
