errore link su Microsoft Outlook [help]

da quando ho cancellato voci e chiavi sul registro di windows con un programma del cavolo, ho avuto dei problemi tra cui quello in oggetto.
Ogni volta che clicco sui link attivi dei messaggi di posta mi compare l'errore in allegato.
Che fare?

PS: si deve obbligatoriamente reinstallare il pacchetto office?

ripristina il sistema operativo da cd, sperando che ricostruisca il registro.

RESOLUTION
You may be able to resolve the issue by resetting Web settings in Internet Explorer. If that does not resolve the issue, import the registry key from another computer.
Reset Web Settings
Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Programs tab, and then click the Reset Web Settings button.
Under Internet programs, verify that the correct e-mail program is selected.
Click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser check box.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
