Come spremere le ram?

Ho delle Mushkin blu pc3200, impostate a 400fsb (200x2).

Voltaggi standard

Mboard Abit NF7s

Ora tramite 8rdavcore leggo questi valori, impostati da bios:

Tras 10
Trcd 3
Trp 2

Dove posso spremere, considerato che se provo ad abbassare a 2 il Trcd il pc non boota?

Mi conviene spemere questi valori o cercare di vedere quanto salgono di FSB?

Se avete qualche link ad altre discussioni fa lo stesso, io non ne ho trovati :)

Puoi tirarle solo in frequenza, perchè i chip delle tue ram nn ti permettono di tenere timings più spinti, amenoche nn esegui la vmod alle ram allora magari ti tengono anche rtc a 2, ma quella è roba per esperti.
Ah metti 11 al posto di 10.

V-mod alla ram serve per alzare il voltaggio delle ram oltre a quello che permette la mboard giusto? Se è così in ogni caso io sto girando a voltaggi standard, qualcosa posso alzare pure così, serve a niente?

La Mushkin dice che il valore ideale è trcd+cas+2

Quindi io in teoria dovrei mettere 3+2+2 che fa 7, perchè 11 dovrebbe essere meglio?

si dice che 11 sia il settaggio migliore su nforce2..
ma io tra 6 a 11 nn ho mai notato la minima differenza..
