Problema Adsl..download lenti

perchè i download mi vanno massimo a 35kb/s e gli upload vanno come dovrebbero andare in una linea alice 640 (cioè a 32k)?

c'è qualke impostazione nel registro da verificare?
windows update al completo e driver modem aggiornati (Fastrate usb 100)

fai il test su http://www.speedguide.net/analyzer.php
semmai modifica i valori che ti suggeriscono usando il programma drtcp o anche quello che danno su quel sito.

scaricati il programma DrTCP e imposta il valore Receive Window a 64240, ma non credo risolveresti di molto.....
cerca anche dei driver più aggiornati del modem e del chipset della sk madre.
