Non riesco a compilare il modulo ne2k-pci.c

Salve a tutti, ho una scheda di rete realtek 8029 pci. Per usare questa scheda sotto linux ho scaricato il file di driver ne2k-pci.c da qui

ho seguito le istruzioni sul sito ma non riesco a compilare il file in quanto mi dà molti errori in fase di compilazione probabilmente dovuti al linking. Qualcuno che ha + esperienza di me può darmi una mano??

PCI NE2000 and clones support
CONFIG_NE2K_PCI
This driver is for NE2000 compatible PCI cards. It will not work
with ISA NE2000 cards (they have their own driver, "NE2000/NE1000
support" below). If you have a PCI NE2000 network (Ethernet) card,
say Y and read the Ethernet-HOWTO, available from
<http://www.tldp.org/docs.html#howto>.

This driver also works for the following NE2000 clone cards:
RealTek RTL-8029 Winbond 89C940 Compex RL2000 KTI ET32P2
NetVin NV5000SC Via 86C926 SureCom NE34 Winbond
Holtek HT80232 Holtek HT80229

This driver is also available as a module ( = code which can be
inserted in and removed from the running kernel whenever you want).
The module will be called ne2k-pci.o. If you want to compile it as
a module, say M here and read <file: Documentation/modules.txt> as
well as <file: Documentation/networking/net-modules.txt>.

se non dici l'errore.... cmq ne sparo una magari non hai il compilatore installato?

certo che è installato! è installato con la slackware 10. cmq l'errore è del tipoerror: 850 XXX_YYY_ZZZ not declarede ce ne sono tantissimi
