Conclutosi Onimusha con il terzo capitolo {ma capcom ha annunciato altri spin-off} ecco che la gaming-house giapponese si focalizza sulla sua prossima trilogia, Shadow Of Rome, il motore grafico di Onimusha 3 migliorato, Stealth game + slam'em up style in un unico titolo.
Nel gioco controlleremo un gladiatore che si farà strada fino all'imperatore con lo scopo di assassinarlo per riportare Roma alla vecchia e casta Repubblica che era, ed un effemminato e rivoluzionario nobile che condivide le stesse idee di restaurazione del gladiatore...due eroi per un unico impero...
