Ho masterizzato un DVD con nero, e pur avendo seguito tutti i passaggi, il lettore da tavolo non riconosce il disco.
Ho provato anche con altri lettori da tavolo e con i CD video, il risultato è sempre lo stesso.
Qualcuno può aiutami?

La maggior parte dei casi è a causa dei supporti, prova a cambiarli......

Condivido, solitamente è questione di supporti: meglio spendere qualcosina di più e prendere supporti ottimi. Se il problema persiste, prova a diminuire la velocità di scrittura.
