virus o cosa?

Salve a tutti,
quando avvio il pc dopo essere entrato in windows xp mi da un errore
posso solo cliccare sul tasto ok
se vado a vedere in task manager l'applicazione aperta si chiama error ha una icona simile a quella dell errore ma non è identica
ed è associata ad un file netcom32.exe
ho passato il pc con un antivirus aggiornato, ho provato anche con un anti-troian ma niente
mi consigliate un anti trojan buono

Ti posso solo dare qualche "dritta" su come agire.
Poi, quando sai qualcosa, posta i risultati su questa discussione e ti darò una mano.

Prima di tutto clicca qui --> ANTITROJAN (http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/neosoftware/protezione%20antitrojan.htm) per essere rediretto ad una pagina dove puoi scaricare efficaci antitrojan.

Poi vai qui ---> ANTIVIRUS ONLINE (http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/it/activescan_principal.htm) e fatti una bella scansione online per essere certo di non essere infetto

Quindi scarica questo ---> AD-AWARE (http://www.ilsoftware.it/querydl.asp?ID=362) e questo ---> SPYBOT (http://www.ilsoftware.it/querydl.asp?ID=654)
Aggiornali e falli "girare" entrambi (prima AD-AWARE poi SPYBOT) ed elimina quello che ti trova.

Infine, scarica questa ---> CWShredder (http://news.swzone.it/swznews-10373.php) esegui l'utilità e fai FIX.

Poi sappiami dire com'è andata!!!

ciao, ho eseguito tutte le operazioni che mi hai consigliato ma niente continuo ad avere lo stesso errore in partenza di windows, dopo essersi aperto mi dice "Run-time error 51"......
non so cosa fare più

Allora, fino ad ora ho trovato tre possibili cause.
Dimmi se rientri in una di queste.

1. Hai installato AVG e hai attivato un qualche tipo di schedulazione. In questo caso disattiva la schedulazione. NOTA: potenzialmente questo problema si può presentare con un qualsiasi software del genere che abbia una schedulazione. Prova rimuovere le schedulazioni sul tuo PC e fammi sapere!

2. Per caso hai installato il software StopDialer e il tuo PC ha Sistema Operativo NT? Se sì, sappi che StopDialer non è compatibile con NT quindi rimuovilo.

3. Potrebbe essere un trojan, il Trojan.WinReboot. Di seguito, istruzioni di rimozione.

NOTES:

These instructions are for all current and recent Symantec antivirus products, including the Symantec AntiVirus and Norton AntiVirus product lines.
If a Windows 95/98/Me-based computer is already infected and has gone into the reboot loop, you must first boot to DOS using a clean boot disk, and then manually delete the Close.exe file.
Manually delete Close.exe (if necessary--see previous note)
Update the virus definitions.
Run a full system scan, and delete all files that are detected as Trojan.WinReboot.
(Windows 95/98/Me only) Remove the load=C:\Windows\Close.exe line from the Win.ini file.

To manually delete the Close.exe file:
This is necessary only if a Windows 95/98/Me-based computer is already infected and has gone into the reboot loop. Otherwise, skip to the next section.
Turn off the computer. (Use the on/off switch, or pull the plug, if necessary).
Insert a clean boot disk in the floppy disk drive. (You can create one on an uninfected Windows 95/98/Me-based computer.)
Turn on the computer.
At the DOS prompt, type the following, pressing Enter after each line:

c:
cd windows
del close.exe

Remove the boot disk, restart the computer, and then go on to the next section.

To update the virus definitions:
All virus definitions receive full quality assurance testing by Symantec Security Response before being posted to our servers. There are two ways to obtain the most recent virus definitions:
Run LiveUpdate, which is the easiest way to obtain virus definitions. These virus definitions are posted to the LiveUpdate servers one time each week (usually Wednesdays) unless there is a major virus outbreak. To determine whether definitions for this threat are available by LiveUpdate, look at the Virus Definitions (LiveUpdate) line at the top of this write-up.
Download the definitions using the Intelligent Updater. Intelligent Updater virus definitions are posted on U.S. business days (Monday through Friday). They must be downloaded from the Symantec Security Response Web site and installed manually. To determine whether definitions for this threat are available by the Intelligent Updater, look at the Virus Definitions (Intelligent Updater) line at the top of this write-up.

To scan for and delete the infected files:
Start your Symantec antivirus program, and make sure that it is configured to scan all files.
Norton AntiVirus consumer products: Read the document How to configure Norton AntiVirus to scan all files.
Symantec enterprise antivirus products: Read the document How to verify a Symantec Corporate antivirus product is set to scan All Files.
Run a full system scan.
If any files are detected as infected with Trojan.WinReboot, click Delete.

To edit the Win.ini file:

NOTE: (For Windows Me users only) Due to the file-protection process in Windows Me, a backup copy of the file that you are about to edit exists in the C:\Windows\Recent folder. Symantec recommends that you delete this file before you continue with the steps in this section. To do this using Windows Explorer, go to C:\Windows\Recent, and in the right pane select and delete the Win.ini file. It will be regenerated as a copy of the file that you are about to edit when you save your changes to that file.

Click Start, and click Run.
Type the following, and then click OK.

edit c:\windows\win.ini

The MS-DOS Editor opens.
In the [windows] section of the file, look for an entry similar to the following:

load=c:\windows\close.exe

Select the entire line. Be sure that you have not selected any other text, and then press Delete.
Click File, and click Save.
Click File, and click Exit.

non ho avg come antivirus ma antivir personal edition free
non ho nessun scheduler
ho un antidialer ma non è...comunque adesso lo cancello
avevo pensato anche io a quel virus
ho windows xp ho dato un occhio al fine win.in ma niente sembra tutto ok ed il file close.exe non lo trovo
ho fatto un paio di volte l'antivirus ma niente
ho provato ocn l'anti trojan e niente ancora.....
non saprei cosa fare
sul pc ho dei file importanti e non vorrei aver problemi

A questo punto vai sull'ultima scheda (avvio) e dimmi cosa è spuntato, fammi un elenco di tutto.

ci avevo pensato anche io ma non sapendo a cosa serve netcom32 non l' avevo fatto...comunque adesso mi dice che è avviato in modalita diagnostica e non mi da l'errore di prima ma mi chiede se voglio riavviare il pc in modalità normale
