mouse e tastiera :-(

salve ragazzi,
Ecco il mio nuovo pc:
abit NF7s
cpu xp 2600
Ram 512 ddr
Radeon 9600 dual head
dvd rw pioneer drv-107D

s.o. Win XP Pro.

Ecco invece il mio problema:
All'avvio e riavvio del PC non viene riconosciuto il mouse e tastiera.
Questo avviene solamente tramite il pulsante RESET!!!

Qualcuno sà indicarmi la soluzione a ciò??.....è normale???

:( potrebbe essere un problema di hardware???

BIOS
Motherboard drivers.
Keyboard and Mouse drivers.

What many are learning is that Microsoft updates none of these items so we get to fix such.
