Ogni volta che vedo "ERROR NOT CONVERGENT IN SQR05" con il test Super Pi è perchè ho 'tirato' un po' troppo la CPU.
Oppure la temperatura della CPU è troppo alta.

Ogni chip è diverso dall'altro, quindi potrebbe essere che 2199 mhz è la massima frequenza che puoi ottenere dalla tua CPU.
Capisco che sembra difficile da credere, ma tutto il resto che hai (con le possibili eccezioni del singolo chip) dovrebbe essere buono per minimo 150/150 con il molti 15.0x di default.
