Tutti gli Exe fuoriuso...

Sono da un amico, ha il pc completamente andato, windows xp professional, da quando ha provato ad installare norton antivirus ha gli exe di qualsiasi programma (anche un semplice tasto destro su risorse"rundll32.exe ") terminati.
L'unica cosa che ho provato e sto provando è una scansione on-line dalla symantec!!!
vi dò uno screenshot che ho fatto tramite una fotocamera digitale in quanto mspaint.exe non va e non riesco a fare uno screen...
penso che abbia qualche virus , l'unica sarebbe con i dischetti da dos della norton....
idee??

Stessi sintomi del mio pc, mi bloccava quasi tutte le applicazioni, compreso paint, non riescivo ad entrare in Gestione Periferiche...restava la clessidra di caricamento, non riuscivo a scaricare nemmeno un file da internet con IE...tutto questo per mano del maledetto W32.Welchia.B.Worm e anche a me NAV e tool di rimozione non lo vedevano nel pc...

Poi ho seguito le tue istruzioni...ho installato Sygate e adesso sembra risolto. GRAZIE ;)
