Oggi mi è arrivata questa email:

hi, I am from Spain and you'll don't believe me,
but a trojan horse in on your pc.
I've scanned the network-ports on the internet. (I know, that's illegal)
And I have found your pc. Your pc is open on the internet for everybody!
Because the smss.exe trojan is running on your system.
Check this, open the task manager and try to stop that!
You'll see, you can't stop this trojan.
When you use win98/me you can't see the trojan!!

On my system was this trojan, too!
And I've found a tool to kill that bad thing.
I hope that I've helped you!

No semplicemente è il giorno della gentilezza informatica ;)

C'è una discussione in OT a riguardo, dove ti dicono anche cos'è quel file, le varianti sono Spagna, Danimarca, Belgio....e isole Vanuatu....:D
I bufalari hanno sempre fantasia......

Anche a me è arrivata....dall'Austria, non ti preoccupare il non hai nessun trojan sul pc, solo se apri l'allegato avrai il trojan nel pc.

Ora per diffondere il virus usano approcci differenti. Le patch hanno corretto le vunerabilità in OE quindi il virus non si auto installa, bisogna giocare nella ingenuità dell'utente.

NESSUNO manda patch per posta elettronica

Si noti che nella prima il mittente è 3D(mia_email ) , :D, il destinatario non è il mio account ,però arriva lo stesso, meglio delle poste italiane.:p

Se qualche moderatore o amministratore la mettesse in rilievo o come annuncio ci farebbe un gran piacere visto che ormnai i thread in merito sono una decina al giorno, magari col titolo " Ladies and Gentlements, FBI,P2P worm e smss.exe trojan found in your pc!" .

Per continuare la lista delle fantasiose mail me ne sono arrivate altre 2 sempre con lo stesso virus, in una c'era scritto che avevo scaricato file con programmi p2p in maniera illegale (il che può anche essere vero :D ), e che l'FBI era sulle mie tracce :cry: :cry: ....per evitare di essere incarcerato dovevo in qualche modo utilizzare l'allegato che mi avevano inviato....ma guarda un pò!!!!!

L'altra invece era ancora più subdola, praticamente la mail non era indirizzata a me ma ad un altro utente, il quale veniva ringraziato per la sua iscrizione ad un club privè, per la quale aveva pagato 230 euro, e nell'allegato c'erano i siti e le password per accedere al fantastico mondo dell'hard online!!!!!!!!
Peccato che anche questa è una bufala!!!!!!
